1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AI Chatbot LLM (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your details up to date.
4. Subscription and billing
The App offers a monthly subscription at £4.99 per month for full access. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
5. Trial access
Where offered, trial access is available for a limited period. Trial benefits end when the trial period expires, unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we believe breaches these Terms.
7. AI-generated content
Outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before relying on it. The App is provided for general informational and creative purposes only.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Generated outputs are provided for your personal use subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe the rights of others.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
